Notice for registration of suppliers

Registration of suppliers of goods, works and services, contractors 2025

Applications are invited from applicants who wish to register as suppliers of goods, works and services and contractors for the year 2025 as per the annexure hereto.
All applications should be submitted by registered post or hand delivered along with a self-prepared application form containing name, address, NIC, business registration number, telephone number, email address, type of goods supplied and a copy of the business registration certificate along with the registration fee. The envelope containing the applications should be marked “Registration of Suppliers of Goods and Services -2025” on the top left corner.
Those who are currently registered as suppliers of goods and services should apply for renewal and if they wish to increase the registration limit, they should also apply for the same.

Conditions for service providers

01. Suppliers must have a business registration certificate for the relevant year.
02. A description of the goods and services provided by the institution must be attached.
03. A description of the institutions that have previously supplied should be attached.

Conditions for contractors

01. If registered with the ICTAD, Provincial Councils, Divisional Secretariats, then the certificate should be submitted or if not, an asset certificate should be submitted.
02. A certificate of suitability or a certificate of confirmation should be provided to certify that the institution has sufficient equipment and sufficient expert staff to engage in the service work.
03. Details of construction expertise (building construction, road development, etc.) should be submitted.
Cheques and money orders should be made payable to “Secretary, Nivitigala Pradeshiya Sabha, Nivitigala”.
